About the Role
As an Accountant within our Energy Solutions Accounting & Reporting team, you'll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial and management reporting. You'll be hands-on with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while also supporting broader finance queries and process improvements across our fast-evolving energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management reports with clear variance analysis for projects and cost centres.Support month-end close, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Manage IT reporting and fixed asset capitalisation processes across Energy Solutions.Work with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and improve finance processes.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, system uploads, and maintaining the Power BI financial dashboard. You're a detail-driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong foundation in accounting, you know how to interpret numbers, spot trends, and offer insights. You're proactive, collaborative, and eager to help shape the future of energy through smart financial support.
