You will oversee high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring optimal treatment in a supportive environment.

You will mentor and guide a skilled nursing team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Your leadership will foster clinical excellence, professional development, and innovative patient care.

Who We're Looking For Experience as a Nurse Unit Manager is preferred; however, Team Leaders with acting NUM experience are encouraged to apply.Postgraduate qualification in Leadership or Management, or working towards it.Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience, ideally in Medical / Surgical fields.Strong commitment to process improvement and quality care, with knowledge of the National Standards.Excellent interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with teams and senior management.Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with full Australian working rights.About Us Adventist HealthCare owns Sydney Adventist Hospital (the San), NSW's largest private hospital, founded in 1903.
