General Labourer

Merge is now recruiting for General Labourers with gardening experience. Most jobs will be around the city and Southern suburbs. This is a casual full-time role with potential to go permanent. MUST be an Australian citizen or hold PR.

• About the role
• Perform Landscaping and Gardening services including : mowing, whipper snippering, hedge trimming, weeding, soil improvement, and soft landscaping.
• Other tasks may be required such as paving repair, soakwell installation, planter boxes, furniture assembly, and pressure cleaning.
• General cleanliness of common areas, gardens, lawns, carparks and paths.
• Ensuring all job requests are completed within agreed time frames.
• The successful applicant has the following skills and experience
• Be hard-working, punctual, reliable and well presented.
• Applicants with garden and landscape experience are preferred.
• Good levels of physical fitness (be able to lift up to 80kg).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High regard for safety.
• Take pride in your work.
• Represent the values of the company.
• First Aid Certificate (required).
• Must have a driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
