What you'll be doing : As a Procurement Graduateat Alcoa, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in :
Key procurement processes including supplier selection, commodity management, and contract and supplier performance management. Working on multiple procurement and contract activities and projects meeting defined deadlines whilst gaining exposure to procurement process and compliance. Gathering and analysing data for the region and at times on a global basis with additional guidance. Building your commercial acumen to become a key contributor to driving business opportunities within the procurement group. Strategic procurement activities including participation in tenders and contract negotiations. Development and mentoring Throughout the program, you will be provided with :
