  • About the role
  • Contractor
  • We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Flinders area to support a 48 year-old Male participant who has a Tramuatic Brain Injury and a Spinal Cord Injury. The participant is currently residing in his own home with 24 / 7 support and is also wheel-chair dependent.

  • Medication administration
  • Bowel management
  • Assistance with allied healthcare plans
  • Manual Handling

  • Meal preparation
  • Use of special equipment

  • Behaviour management
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Qualified Allied healthcare professionals will also provide education in specific allied healthcare plans.

  • Current drivers license and your own car
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Working with Childrens Check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
