The Opportunity
As an Aborignial Customer Support Officer you will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to Aboriginal customers on all aspects of services and products available at a community and local level from the Department. You will provide advice and assistance to Aboriginal customers as well as investigate complaints concerning tenancy problems that may arise , advising tenants, liaising with Housing Services Officers and assisting in developing mutually agreed outcomes.
