As a Cleaning Supervisor for Austral Facility Services, you will be responsible for :

• Facilitating a high standard of cleaning
• Leading and working with the team on a day-to-day basis
• Reporting any issues, damages, or hazards as per company procedure
• Maintaining a high level of health and safety
• About you

We are looking for the following,

• 1+ years in a commercial or industrial cleaning environment experience or in a similar role
• Awareness of health and safety legislation and ensuring health and safety guidelines are always met.
• Forward thinking and action orientated person that is one step ahead of the game.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team focused within an inclusive working environment
• Thorough attention to detail.
• Ability to talk and relate to client's team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively, prioritise work objectives and manage workload with mínimal supervision.
• Effective time management and consistent high-quality service delivery in a busy and complex environment.
