Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Construction White Card. Internship or exposure to construction / formwork industries (advantageous). Ability to meet requirements for government defense work sites. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Join SRG Global as a Graduate Structural Engineer to design formwork solutions for major projects.
Your role
Responsibilities
- Designing formwork engineering solutions for infrastructure and building projects.
- Working Monday to Friday at the Garden Island location and other sites as needed.
- Gaining understanding of formwork and scaffold systems.
- Designing temporary works using structural engineering principles.
- Interpreting technical data for safe solutions.
- Supporting project tenders with quantity checks and pricing.
- Preparing project documentation including progress claims.
- Conducting on-site formwork inspections.
- Liaising with site teams and clients to implement designs.
- Managing project documents and design files.
