The PositionReporting to the Chief People Officer, this exciting and newly designed role will collaborate with senior stakeholders to build a sustainable workforce, enabling United for Care to fulfil its strategic objectives.
This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen our employment brand as an employer of choice.
The role is yours to own and take the lead - responsibilities will include :
Managing the full end to end recruitment process, focusing on a values based approachProviding support and coaching to hiring managers on a best practice approachBuilding and maintaining talent pools through networking, social media and other forums to ensure our workforce is ready to meet future growth needsContributing to the development of a new and enhanced EVP, working in partnership with our marketing team to build a strong employer brand as an employer of choiceReporting on key metrics and stats to identify areas for improvementAbout YouTo succeed in this role you'll need :
5+ years' experience in high-volume recruitment, with a mix of agency and in-houseExperience and passion for the disability, social services, or health services sectorProven experience of strategic sourcing, building talent pipelines and an understanding of behavioural interviewingExperience with employer branding and EVP - and strong relationship building skillsWant to make a real difference in people's lives?Interested to hear more?
