An exciting opportunity has become available for a

  • Client Services Coordinator
  • to join our Accor Pacific team. You will be responsible for actively supporting the Vice President of Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific and our hotels by providing coordination across all Business to Business sales teams. This role will also provide support to all Pacific Sales Team members depending on the lifecycle of the segments. The role will professionally and efficiently prioritise projects and day to day commercial sales needs alongside the Vice President of Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific.

A great role to build knowledge and capability across a variety of Sales segments including corporate, TMCs, leisure, entertainment, meetings & events, luxury and more.

  • Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for our hotel properties as well as external and internal clients and suppliers
  • Provide a high level of administration duties pertaining to the support of the commercial contracting lifecycle not limited to assisting in the development and monitoring of Global & National programs, maintaining and updating information & initiatives, rate solicitation, rebate contributions & issuing contracts
  • Coordination of all commercial sales activities, events, initiatives and projects as directed
  • Management & triaging of multiple inboxes, enquiry management and support for clients and hotels
  • Act as a key contact for hotels and sales teams and training of the Accor Sales CRM System (ANAIS)
  • Reporting, quoting and opportunity tracking in ANAIS & Connex (Accor Sales Systems)
  • Administration of the preferred agreements across commercial team as directed by Vice President Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific
  • Provide one on one support for the teams as directed by Vice President Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific
  • Book and manage flight and accommodation bookings as directed by Vice President Sales & Distribution, Pacific
  • Purchase Order and invoice processing & management & reporting for the Commercial Sales team
  • What we need from you
  • Qualifications in Business, Tourism, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience within hotel operations, sales, events
  • Experience in a similar role
