About Us

About the Role

We have an opportunity available for multiple Forklift Operators to join our flour mill at Enfield.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shipments are picked and loaded in line with plans, schedules, and customer and business requirements, always observing safety as a priority.

  • Key responsibilities include
  • Loading and unloading of palletised stock
  • Completing freight documentation where required
  • Conducting and recording all daily forklift maintenance checks.
  • Co-ordinate truck positioning through clear communication with the driver and controlling traffic movements within the loading / unloading area
  • Storage of pallets into the warehouse safely and efficiently
  • Preparation of outgoing freight, ensuring that goods are secured and packed correctly for dispatch
  • Picking and preparing orders as per pick-slip
  • Playing an active role in ensuring a safe workplace
