Role Overview :

Driving a concrete agitator truck for Hymix involves more than just transportation. Our drivers deliver high levels of customer service, becoming the face of our business. You will make multiple deliveries daily, interacting with various clients, making each day different and engaging.

Pay Rate : $29.64 / hour plus penalties.

Key Details :

• Based at our Brisbane Metro Concrete Plant in Windsor, Narangba, Springwood, and Cleveland.
• Start times between 4am and 6am; up to 12 hours / day, approximately 55 hours / week. Saturday work paid at overtime rates.
• Overtime pay applies after regular hours : time and a half for the first two hours, double time thereafter. Meal allowances after 10 hours per shift.
• As an Agi Driver, you are a mobile customer service representative, engaging with diverse personalities daily.
• We provide advanced technology to ensure safety, route mapping, and load tracking.
• All new drivers undergo a 10-day training program before operating independently.
