The role of
- Retail Coordinator
- is based at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre - the Gold Coast's unmissable shopping mecca, situated in Broadbeach, with over 400 specialty stores. The centre is a favourite of local and international guests alike and has become synonymous with service standard excellence.
You will be the ambassador for the Centre's five star vision and delivery of the experience for customers / guests, retailers, contractors and industry partners.
The key focus of the role is to provide support to the Assetlink Integrated Services Manager and the Centre Management team in delivering a five star customer experience.
The hours will be full timeTuesday to Saturday 8am to 4pm, Thursday 1pm to 9pm. Flexibility will be required during special events and holiday periods.What you will be doingAnticipate the needs of our guests and offer a solution before being requestedInform guests of the centre's services offerings : retail, entertainment, eventsProvide information about centre and Gold Coast activities and events to create a personalised experienceCoordinate the operational requirements of the Centre : operational and emergency management, contractor liaison, facilities, incidents and tenancy requestsDrive presentation standards of the centre to ensure a five star service, adhering to the customer service standards for both Assetlink and centre managementIdentify and communicate opportunities and risks to functional teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with retailers and enable two-way communication regarding operational issues, lease obligations, retailer marketing and brand building opportunitiesPromote the centre and services to industry stakeholdersAttend site management meetings and enter data into the Property Assist systemDesired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have2-3+ years' experience in an administration or customer facing role - idealAdministration / data entry skills - essentialIT literacy - Microsoft Suite : Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook - essentialPrior experience in the following sectors will be relevant but not essential :retail / in-store roleproperty / real estatehospitality eg hotel / motel / resortsExcellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, allowing you to interact with guests, tenants, managers and external stakeholdersPro-active, adaptable and professional approachEmpathetic, team player with a practical 'hands on' and collaborative approachHigh attention to detail and excellent organisation skills - a selfstarter who has the capacity to maintain a busy workload and understands how to prioritise tasksFully vaccinated in COVID-19What we offer youReward and recognition incentivesOngoing training and developmentA safe and supportive working environmentA family-oriented cultureStaff Car parking rates availableIf you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic Administration or Retail Coordinator with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key on-site team, we'd love to hear from you, please click 'Apply' and let us have your CV and cover letter.
