We operate 24 / 7 and will require motivated talent to assist our clients across all shifts. Experience working as a Disability Support Worker or related field (desirable). A passion to support people living with a disability. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills. Full understanding of professional boundaries. Experience in personal care, hoisting clients, managing challenging behaviour, and / or administering medication is preferred. Valid NDIS Worker Screening Card / Yellow Card or willingness to obtain) Current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle Current First Aid certificates Desirable : Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (or related field). CODA Disability Support was established in 1989 and is an NDIS registered, not-for-profit organisation that provides Personal Care, In-Home Respite and Community Access supports to adults with a disability who live in the community.
Our office is based in Upper Mount Gravatt; however we provide supports to people in the extended Brisbane area.
