As Trafman continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in traffic management to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of our rapidly expanding business.

• Oversee traffic resourcing to meet project requirements
• Order stock from approved suppliers with approved price lists
• Sourcing and negotiating stock orders in conjunction with the procurement manager
• Oversee the booking of traffic equipment from internal supply
• Oversee the booking of traffic equipment from external suppliers and raise purchase orders within limits of authority, accurately and in a timely fashion
• Oversee project bookings with clients
• Oversee the rostering of equipment, traffic controllers, installers, and saw and core teams
• Provide training and guidance to field staff
• Perform and submit project audits using provided systems
• Asset management
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Traffic Manager or Business Manager
