• Order Verification
• Carefully check incoming orders against packing lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Order Fulfilment
• Efficiently pick and pack outgoing orders, ensuring products are well-protected and presented.
• Quality Control
• Record and report any discrepancies or damages to products, maintaining our high-quality standards.
• Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate order collection with couriers and assist clients collecting orders from the warehouse, providing exceptional service.
• Warehouse Maintenance
• Keep the warehouse and all work areas clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
• Technical Support
• Assist our technician with workshop activities as needed, contributing to the overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ad Hoc Tasks
• Be willing to assist with other company-related tasks as needed, showing flexibility and commitment to the company's goals.
