Job Description
As the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, you will :
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
- Manage duty drawback claims and liaise with customs authorities.
- Source and evaluate logistics service providers and manage procurement in SAP.
- Coordinate secure transport and insurance for high-value goods.
- Lead and develop a small logistics team, fostering a culture of performance and compliance.
- Ensure all trade compliance activities align with local laws and internal guidelines.
- Participate in regional logistics projects and support SAP testing.
- Assist in budget planning and monitor logistics expenses.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in logistics and trade compliance, including team supervision.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transport modes.
- Proficiency in logistics systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset.
