Job descriptionSilk Hospitality has permanent part-time opportunities for Housekeeping / Room Attendants to join our growing team. Currently we have availability across properties in CBD, Metro and outer suburbs. Role responsibilities include : _ Continually achieve and exceed our clients, as well as the guest's expectations of service and quality_ Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, the making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner_ Maintain cleanliness of your work area, and clean and tidy public areas to a high-quality standard. Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding Ensure the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the hotel guests is maintained, by operating with integrity and diligence Always work in adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures, and proactively report any hazards, faults, or damages to management Be honest and transparent and work hard to build successful working relationships with the client and your colleagues A willingness to be flexible and take on additional and varying tasks if required Play your part in creating a dynamic and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with Silk's values and where respect is integral in sustaining a one-team approach' What can WE offer YOU?_ Permanent part-time employment with guaranteed hours 24.98 per hour + superannuation, with paid annual leave and personal leave Flexibility Ideally you will be available for a mix of both weekday and weekend shifts.
