Our client are seeking experienced and motivated New & Used Vehicle Salespeople to join the team at two of their sites, based in the Pilbara region of WA. Selling and supplying Toyota, Nissan & Isuzu Ute.

The main towns to explore within the Pilbara region are Onslow, Point Samson Peninsula, Dampier, Karratha and Port Hedland. Discover some of the world's most ancient natural landscapes and Indigenous archaeological sites, explore the beautiful Karijini National Park with its rocky canyons and peaceful plunge pools or head offshore and explore the Mackerel Islands and Dampier Archipelago.

  • About the role
  • Selling new & used vehicles
  • Gaining business from new and existing customers
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitoring new vehicle sales revenue, margin, and expense performance
  • Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring that you provide top level customer service
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
  • Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients
  • Identifying and exceeding our customer's needs, with in-depth advice and service
  • Skills and experience
  • Previous vehicle sales experience
  • Ideally have Toyota dealership experience
  • Ideally have experience using the dealership management system Revolution / Tune
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Leadership and motivational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to achieve results & profile customer needs
  • Current C class driver's license
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ideally have Toyota dealership experience

    • A generous remuneration package will be on offer, including commissions, company vehicle and fuel. This role has uncapped earning potential for the right person.
