Job descriptionRequirements Previous experience working as a Clinical Manager or a Senior RN in Residential Aged Care. Demonstrated experience with Aged Care legislation, AN ACC and the Accreditation process. A thorough understanding of the Aged Care standards. Proven Leadership and communication skills. About You Possess motivational leadership skills with the ability to build a collaborative team environment Experience and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards Evidence of COVID-19 & influenza vaccinations Benefits Premier aged care residences Exceptional working environment Staff recognition and awards Outstanding model of care Regular in-house and online training and education Career development with mentoring and promotion of staff from within Engaging team environment and respectful workplace culture

Seeking a self-motivated Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a fully accredited 90 bed home on the Sunshine Coast.
Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical teams. You will be committed to creating and maintaining a positive team culture and strive for successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
