The Shore Beach Club is BACK and looking for its launch team to join us for a very busy summer and beyond! Here's what we're searching for professionally : Be able to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to take direction; Able to work at a fast pace and high turnover environment; and High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic. Here's what we're searching for as an individual : Previous experience in a management position; preferably a club / day lounge; An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally. Knowledge on beverage menu development Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met Availability for Monday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts) A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first; Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and You're someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
