Job descriptionResponsibilities Providing customers with accurate information about company products and services Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Other ad hoc duties as per directed Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills
60,000 - $65,000 + Super | Located in Glen Iris
