About the Role :

Join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, one of the city's most luxurious hotels, and be part of our dynamic Banquets team. As a Banquets Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service at a variety of events, from corporate gatherings and social celebrations to private dinners and incentive group functions. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding food and beverage service, assisting with event setups and pack-downs, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience at our award-winning event venues.

What you will do :

• Deliver professional, engaging, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests
• Assist in the setup and pack-down of banquet events, ensuring smooth execution
• Work collaboratively with the Banquets team to maintain a seamless operation
• Ensure service standards are met and exceeded, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere
• Maintain a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience
• Provide exceptional customer service with an energetic and confident approach
