About the roleContribute and implement new ideas in the clinic.Manage a diverse MSK caseload, including private patients, insurance, EPC, and workers' compensation cases, with potential involvement in corporate / occupational health.Provide high-quality services to clients and referrers.Work effectively independently and as part of a team.Exchange regular feedback.Communicate effectively with GPs, referrers, and clinical staff.Optionally run Clinical Pilates classes (training provided).Experience and QualificationsAustralian physiotherapy degree.Eligibility to work in Australia.AHPRA registration.Professional Indemnity Insurance.Satisfactory criminal record and WWC check.Passion for helping diverse clients.Understanding of MSK conditions or willingness to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.Initiative and resourcefulness.Team-oriented attitude and positive work culture contribution.What's on offerSalary up to $140,000 depending on experience; starting from $74,000.Salary sacrifice options for rent.Ongoing professional development, including up to $2000 for PD and regular mentoring.Relocation and rent assistance may be available through Rural Health West.
