Scrum Master / Test Lead

Job descriptionLead the QA team and drive a culture of quality across the organisation Establish quality benchmarks and ensure vendor deliverables align with agreed standards Oversee both manual and automated testing activities across multiple platforms Lead the test automation project using Playwright, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of robust, scalable automated test coverage Champion quality throughout the project lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, BVT, and PVT cycles Certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) 3–5+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching high-performing Scrum teams 3+ years leading QA teams, with a strong ability to influence and drive quality outcomes across teams and vendors Proven track record delivering digital initiatives, preferably within Martech environments Ideally, have experience working with Adobe platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Data Collection, and Adobe Target Strong command of JIRA, Confluence, and the MS Office suite Solid understanding of Agile principles, delivery cycles, and continuous improvement practices Demonstrated success improving team velocity, delivery consistency, and collaboration Experience leading automation projects, particularly using Playwright, to ensure effective, scalable test solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master who can also lead the Testing Quality Assurance team and oversee the testing activities. This position blends agile delivery AND quality assurance to enable the successful execution of the digital program of work. You’ll drive agile practices across a delivery team while leading QA efforts to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
You will be responsible for delivering and achieving the following :
Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies
- Manage team capacity , identify sprint risks, and optimise delivery velocity
- Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve performance and delivery consistency
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies
- Collaborate on resource allocation planning to balance team capacity across multiple projects and initiatives
