Job Description

At Epworth, our General Surgical teams play a vital role in the well-being of thousands of patients who may be suffering from debilitating or distressing conditions. A wide range of acute and chronic medical problems are treated with advanced care, technology and services by multidisciplinary teams. You will be supported by great teams with excellent leaders and provided with the opportunity to increase your knowledge through extensive educational programs and opportunities.

We are seeking a passionate, flexible and dynamic Registered Nurse with strong acute experience to join our team at Epworth Geelong! This is a fantastic opportunity is to work within our 5 East surgical ward which specialises in breast and endocrine, ENT, neurosurgery, plastics, vascular,hepatobiliary, colorectal, upper and lower GI, bariatric weight loss surgery, dental and ophthalmology.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse having previously worked in an acute surgical ward. You will be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes. A strong communicator, you have a supportive and engaging style that enables you to easily build rapport with patients and their families. You enjoy collaborating with team members to support the development and growth of the service.
