One Fleetwood_ and holding ourselves accountable to our company values.Zero Harm, Collaboration, Integrity, Accountability, & Growth through Innovation._About the roleFleetwood is on an exciting growth journey, and we now seeking an Office Coordinator to join our wonderful team, working out of our Subiaco office your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the office and maintain a professional and organised environment, this position will also require you to provide admin support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary and other Executives as required.
Key responsibilities will includeGeneral office coordination, including maintenance of all office equipment, supplies, cleaning, continuity of office support services throughout business hours.Housekeeping including keeping kitchen tidy at all times.Typing correspondence, letters, documents, spreadsheets, data entry in Navision.Booking of company travel requirements including flights, accommodation and hire vehicles.Monthly reconciliation of company credit card expenses.Monitoring and ordering of stationary, kitchen and bathroom supplies.Coordinate meeting room bookingsArrange morning teas, lunches, functions and catering when required.Office duties including replacing printer toners, monitoring of printer services requirements.Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryComplete all administrative and purchasing activities to enable the timely preparation and payment of accounts and completion of projectsThe successful applicant will possess the followingAt least 3 years' experience in a similar role.Proven ability to manage schedules and provide admin support to senior managers.Proven ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and discretion always.Well-developed written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills including the ability to consult with a range of people.Professional presentation and a pleasant telephone manner.Sound planning, organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated effectiveness in implementing systems, processes, and procedures to prioritise tasks and ensure achievement of goals and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Outlook.Formal training in office administration / coordination is desirable but not required.Why Fleetwood?Work with a company which values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.Enjoy genuine opportunities for professional development.Be part of a business that is undergoing a significant transformation towards becoming an Employer of Choice.How To ApplyPlease submit your CV and cover letter by clicking on the 'Apply' button
