Due to further expansion we are currently seeking a fulltime Estimator to join our Digital Triage Team and prepare online quotes. In this role youll review images of insured vehicles and determine the scope of work then quote on the repairs order parts and invoice completed repairs. About the Role :

Youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of ordering parts at digital triaged assessment

  • Review the triage calendar throughout the day to manage the incoming vehicles
  • Review incident description and customer damage capture images to the insured vehicle that has been uploaded prior to arrival
  • Determine the scope of work to repair vehicle and quote on the repairs
  • Review any new images after arrival of vehicle
  • Input the correct vehicle data and any missing information relating to the damage and incident description
  • Coordinate with Parts department to ensure timely processing of parts / sublet invoices
  • Invoice jobs daily

    • About You :

  • Previous desktop assessor experience
  • Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or a relevant field will be highly regarded.
  • Understanding of repair methods and sound knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Ability to work on different systems and time management experience.
  • Must have a team first attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passionate about cars and parts.
