We are seeking experienced Maintenance Planners / Schedulers and Shutdown Planners for upcoming opportunities across our client portfolio. FIFO from Perth with competitive hourly rates + super .

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering structured maintenance planning and shutdown strategies that ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of fixed plant assets in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime

Prepare comprehensive work packs including scope, hazards, permits, tools, labour, materials, durations, and sequencing

Identify and mitigate risks related to maintenance and shutdown execution

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise work based on asset criticality and operational demands

Continuously improve planning practices to support site efficiency and safety

What we're looking for

3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance or Shutdown Planner in the mining / resources sector, preferably in fixed plant

Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, work management, and shutdown processes

Proficiency in CMMS, including Pronto, Ellipse, SAP, and Microsoft Project, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is also preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Trade or engineering qualification in mechanical or related discipline (desirable)

Current WA driver’s licence
