Machine Operator

Our client is a high tech, innovative design, and manufacturing business who partner with global leaders in the medical device and science industries. They are on the lookout for stand out Machine Operators for a morning and afternoon shift.

• Duties of the role include (but are not limited to)
• Operating, cleaning and setting-up of machinery / equipment
• Operating an automated taper machine
• Troubleshooting machines on the go
• QC checks and inspection of sub-assemblies and devices
• Responsible for housekeeping in own work environment
• Working with glass components
• Essential skills and requirements
• Strong experience in a busy GMP manufacturing environment
• Solid time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong machine operating experience with troubleshooting skills
• Excellent dexterity skills
• Have a very strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal
• Great interpersonal skills and team player attitude
• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
