Job descriptionAbout the Role The Consultant works as part of a team to understand and solve client problems. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support client meetings and presentations. This role is based in Canberra and offers hybrid working Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis including document reviews and market scans Participate in stakeholder interviews including notetaking and interview synthesis Support user research activities including process and experience mapping Supports the development of strategies, formal reports, recommendations, and action plans Engage honestly and confidently with clients to become a trusted advisor Build credibility through consistent delivery of high-quality work. Pursue opportunities to enhance own experience and capability development. Contribute to market engagement, thought leadership, and / or market activities. Maintain compliance with Fujitsu policies and guidelines. Work independently on defined tasks Requirements and Experience Previous work experience in a Consulting or service delivery role Proven problem-solving skills Proven ability to work as an effective member of a team Strong client interaction skills and ability to work in a collaborative style Strong verbal communication skills including presentations / facilitation Strong written communication skills including ability to contribute to formal reports, bid responses, and client presentations Demonstrated skill with MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. Australian Citizenship is mandatory Current or reinstatable AGSVA Baseline Security clearance is preferred. Why Fujitsu? We put people first.
