Reporting to the Butler Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating food and beverage service, handling guest requests and utilising problem-solving skills to deal with operational issues.We currently have casual, Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available.Essential Criteria :Minimum 2 years fine dining Food & Beverage or Hotel Front Office experienceProven extensive customer service experienceDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsStrong knowledge of Food & Beverage serviceFlexible availability - casual position across a 24 / 7 rosterPreferred Criteria :Hospitality qualificationLuxury Hotel operations experience in a Frontline roleUnderstanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)Previous exposure to the VIP service industryWhat we offer you :Crown Perth provides free parking, uniforms washed and laundered on site and free meals at our staff restaurant The Hive.
