Full Time Retail Assistant (Tech)

• About the Role

As a Tech Retail Assistant at WHSmith you will demonstrate superstardom and serve customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner, whilst managing cash and regular transactions using our POS system. You will also :

• Demonstrate your fair for technology through recommendations for our customers
• Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
• Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation
• What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals, particularly with the following attributes :

• Experience in a retail environment
• Experience or a passion for technology and audio sales
• Have a passion and flair for conversation and are confident to engage with our customers
• Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Great personal presentation
• Full time availability between 9am and 5pm (Tuesday through to Saturday)
