Office Coordinator Nsw

Reporting to the Sales Operations & Office Coordinator Team Lead, your key responsibilities will be to support the Field Sales team with sales and office administration tasks as well as providing Sponsorship & Events Support.

• Key Accountabilities
• Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Lead and general office, including regional sites (travel, accommodation, diary management, stationery ordering, and general facilities management support.)
• Be the point of contact for all localised Sales related communications including updating SharePoint Sites
• Lead internal sales meeting coordination including presentation support as required as well as ad-hoc support for state events.
• Provide support for state sponsorships and events including, ticketing, donation stock, invoicing, coordinating deliveries, customer travel, accommodation and transport.
• Organise stadium / suite management including guestlist, catering and donation stock and Travel and accommodation related to national ticketing and events.
• Work closely with the Sales team to maintain safety registers & dashboards and support in issue management and resolution.
• Manage and maintain Sales related records including team and organisational information
• Manage adhoc requests from both the Sales, Sales Operations and Sponsorship & Events teams.
• Travel may be required to visit sites and events.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident in using systems and technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
