Your Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining high operational standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve store targets.
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every customer, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
