Star Party Hire, a premier party rental company based in Riverstone, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team.   • Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and rentals, including equipment scheduling, delivery arrangements, and client communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information, inventory, and financial transactions.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments using our rental software.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Help maintain inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Keep the office environment clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with rental or inventory management software is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
