About the Role :
- Manage a well maintained local portfolio within 10kms of the office
- No trust accounting
- Full leasing and administrative support
- Completing all maintenance within a timely manner
- Arrears management & attending NCAT when / if required
- Generous Salary $95,000-$120,000 -Negotiable based on experience
- No weekends!

- Minimum 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Prior experience managing a residential portfolio or mixed portfolio
- exposure to Commercial Property Management desirable but no essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable Presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong Communication skills
