    ChoiceOne is currently seeking an experienced scheduler - mobiliser to join our growing healthcare placement team. Our healthcare team has a passion for finding the right person for the right role.

    Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, office located in Perth City close to public transport.

    Do you have experience in scheduling, mobilisation, compliance, customer service and like the constant juggle of rosters, timesheets and phone calls?

    Want to assist in the day to day casual placement of health care staff within a

    variety of health related environments?

    You will need to have :

    • Advanced computer, database and administrative skills
    • Mobilisation and / or scheduling experience
    • Attention to detail in your work
    • Ability to think on your feet
    • High level multitasking skills
    • Personalised phone based customer service
    • Proactive problem solving skills
    • Strong memory and recall capacity
    • Healthcare knowledge an advantage but not essential
    • A can do attitude
