Must-Have :

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company objectives and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Participate and supervise the successful execution of each stage of the project using the Project Delivery Framework.
• Work closely with external vendors to develop, test, and deploy solutions, ensuring outcomes are delivered as scoped.
• Deep project management experience, ideally in software and larger-scale digital transformation, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and meeting all objectives.
• Technical Project Manager with Infrastructure, O365, Information Management, and business application implementation experience.
• Proven experience in delivering Information Management / Knowledge Management programs or projects.
• Qualification in Project Management or related technical field required, with proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
