Of course, you will still be responsible for all of the compliance-based tasks like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests—but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive.

What you'll need : Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Experience in engaging with young children in creative and imaginative ways. Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
