We are seeking a highly motivated, data driven Inventory and Data Specialist to join our team at Archerfield Airport (Brisbane).

The Inventory and Data Specialist will be responsible for managing the quality of data within our Inventory Management System and its integrations. This role requires an individual with a background in inventory systems and a keen desire to learn an adapt to new ways of managing and automating large datasets.

Your role will be to work alongside the Sales & Warehouse teams to :

Maintain, manage and oversee the quality of data within the inventory management system.

Maintain and update the inventory management system with pricing, product and cross reference and other system updates.

Set up and manage new aircraft parts suppliers and international freight providers.

Assist with and contribute to the overall purchasing effort with parts suppliers and freight providers.

Manage integration of inventory and product data into our E-commerce platform.

Contribute to and assist with leading several software modernisation activities.

Recommend and assist in implementing new tools, automation, or AI-based solutions to improve data flow, purchasing, or responsiveness.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

Comply with and be a champion for Work Health and Safety responsibilities.

Comply with relevant CASA and NZ CAA approved procedures

Any other tasks as required by management.

As a minimum, you will need to have :

Experience working in General or Commercial Aviation or in inventory management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A burning desire to help the customer.
