Learn to operate line boring machines, portable radial mills, portable XYZ milling machines, portable CNC machines, flange facers and much more!About the Role : Setting up & machining on various machines; CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, CNC Horizontal borers, Manual machining,In-situ machining various types including line boring, CNC milling, manual milling, drilling tapping, flange facing and radial millingCarry out manufacture of products to drawing specifications, samples & instructions.Maintain measuring and inspection equipment in good order while also having a high level of housekeeping within the machining areas.Ensure machines are running productively, monitoring set up and down times to produce parts as efficiently as possible.Liaise with Programmer or Workshop Manager to review machining process and tooling.Completion of dimensional inspection reports and associated paper work.Assist in other areas as directed by the Workshop Manager.Multiple roles available : tasks may vairy depending on individual applicants' skill set and interests.
