An Overhaul Operator is responsible for the assembly, overhauling & service of radiators, air and oil coolers.

Responsibilities :

• Carry out all duties as directed by the foreman and the supervisor or production manager in a safe and timely manner.
• Assess, Repair, Rebuild, Strip, Clean, Flush, Test parts and components for radiators.
• Follow all safe working practices, utilising the correct PPE in accordance with work instructions.
• Complete pre-start checks including Take 2 / 5, adhering strictly to equipment safety practices.
• Follow all Shop work instructions, Standard procedures and work instructions as directed.
• Recognize quality deviations & faults once trained. Act on non-conformance instructions and request assistance if needed.
