Precious Health Group was established in 2019, in Western Australia by a group of medical and allied health professionals.
We are committed to delivering excellent support and care for people living with a disability and the aging population. Our team has a strong focus on personalised service delivery as we work within the NDIS and Aged care practice standards to attain an improved quality of life for our clients.
We have a team of trained healthcare workers offering holistic care, meeting the unique needs of our clients. We help them live their lives the way they want - independently and confidently. We ensure that you have the right support to achieve your life goals and overcome all kinds of challenges without any hassle.
We are currently looking for caring, compassionate, dependable, and skilled individuals to provide in-home care to older adults and adults with disabilities. Our clients are some of the most vulnerable in the community so above all we are looking for people who can listen to them, make them feel safe, show understanding and empathy as well and provide the highest level of care with kindness and respect. Our Home Care team builds lasting relationships with our clients so that they may stay at home or get out into the community to do the things they enjoy.
