About the role

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Assist to maintain Daikin applied catalogues and literature and distribute to Account Managers and / or customers upon request.
• Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Prepare reports and assist with quality / code compliance of applied products as requested.
• Prepare order package for supplier and / or overseas factories; maintain contact with factory with respect to change orders, delivery dates and technical information.
