• As an Aurora Kindergarten Teacher, you will be supported to
• Implement high quality educational programs in collaboration with Studio Leaders and the Leadership team.
• Continually reflect and implement strategies to improve the educational program in the service
• Run the Aurora Funded Kindergarten Program for 4-year-olds.
• Mentor and share knowledge to educators through training, meetings, presentations and online collaboration tools.
• Be a valued member of the leadership team.
• Build connections with the community and support the marketing team to promote the Kinder Program.

• A "we can do this" attitude
• A positive personality that is open and reflective
• Bachelor of Teaching / Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent.
• Current working with Children Check
• Current Police Check
• Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
• Advanced knowledge in NQS, EYLF / VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
