Full-Time Forklift Driver

Full-Time Forklift Driver

• Responsibilities
• Operate different types of forklifts to move, replenish, and retrieve stock
• Replenish daily orders from bulk to pick locations in line with demand
• Move full cages of packed orders to staging area
• Pick and stage wholesale orders in a timely manner
• Load and unload goods from trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks and ensure inventory is stored safely and accurately
• Wrap pallets, label goods and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Use of WMS system to record and track inventory
• Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents immediately
• Support general warehouse operations as required
• Requirements
• Forklift licence is essential
• LF Licence (Essential)
• LO Order Picker Licence (Essential)
• Experience operating articulated forklifts is preferred
• Strong attention to detail for picking items
• Strong understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse safety procedures
• Able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
• Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems is advantageous
• Able to work alone and within a team environment as well as under pressure

Pay : Up to $70,000.00 per year
