    We’re currently seeking an experienced Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to help support our Team in Sydney on a Full time, Part time or Contracting capacity.

    What You’ll Do

    Step into a purpose-driven role where your clinical insight empowers people with disabilities to thrive.

    • You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive team environment, blending evidence-based practice with cultural responsiveness and real-world impact.
    • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy planning, evidence-based interventions, and detailed clinical reporting tailored to individual client needs in the community.
    • Design behaviour support plans grounded in functional assessments and conduct risk assessments or implement safety plans where appropriate.
    • Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, coordinated support across your caseload.
    • Maintain thorough, up-to-date client records to support continuity of care and informed decision-making
    • Deliver therapy with sensitivity to each client’s cultural, linguistic, and personal context—adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
    • Collaborate with allied health colleagues, support coordinators, external services, and fellow psychologists through group supervision and dedicated support from the Psychology Team Leader to ensure cohesive, best-practice outcomes.
    • Provide services via home visits, community outreach, and Telehealth—balancing client needs with your flexible work arrangements.
    • Deliver services in line with AHPRA registration standards, the APS Code of Ethics, NDIS Practice Standards, and all relevant legislation.
