This is a senior position within the firm, suitable for a high-performing lawyer ready to step into a strategic and supervisory role .

You'll manage a strong pipeline of matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to operational performance alongside the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of junior lawyers and support staff Oversee a full caseload of MVA and Public Liability matters Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members Ensure timely and effective file management across the team Participate in strategic decision-making and process improvement About You Minimum 7+ years' PAE in plaintiff personal injury law (mandatory) Strong experience in MVA and Public Liability litigation Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience Exceptional communicator with a solutions-focused mindset Confident handling files autonomously while overseeing team files Organised, technically strong, and commercially aware Exceptional candidates with 5+ years' PAE and substantial pre-admission experience may also be considered What's On Offer Attractive salary package with performance-based bonuses A genuine leadership opportunity in a stable and growing firm Long-term career progression with strategic input Supportive and collaborative firm culture Join a well-established and respected firm, founded over 25 years ago, with a strong reputation in personal injury law.
