Account Manager - South Bank, QLD

About the Opportunity

The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of air charter services for a key client in the mining and resources sector. This includes full ownership of flight planning, passenger manifest management, operational reporting, stakeholder liaison (including clients and aircraft operators), and on-ground supervision of charter movements.

You will require a high degree of flexibility to work outside standard hours and proficiency in using aviation booking platforms and coordinating with multiple operational stakeholders.

As this is an office-based role, candidates must be based in Brisbane, or willing to relocate.

What you will be doing :

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for the client, building strong, solution-oriented relationships
• Proactively anticipate and respond to client needs, roster changes, and special requirements
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide detailed performance updates

Reporting & Compliance
